Post Contact forms and html newsletter

I have a client who's interested in setting up a contact form that would sign users up for a mailing list. The client runs a smaller business so I'm thinking that the initial newsletters might only go to 100 or so recipients but there is potential for some growth.

My knowledge of contact forms isn't extensive; mostly I've just worked with prebuilt sort as I'm not much of a programmer. Is there a way to automate mailing list sign up? Or does it make sense to just create the mailing list manually for a list this size?

Well where are the emails now? Are you saying you have a database of emails that needs to be ported? Or that you're planning on gathering a hundred emails?

For the first it depends. For the latter go to maybe hotscripts or the like, search on your keywords. It's a nice site.

I think you have this email in a DB. So if you have a Email in a DB you have to select emails one by one with a LOOP and inside this loop put a code to send a email like:
