Tutorials?
Hello all,

Can anyone advise of a good tutorial for devising great structure for websites, particularly one that handles menus and target areas for inner pages?

I assume it's done with CSS and HTML tables that use a specific cell as the target area, but I don't know how to acheive this. Can anyone help?
