Hi - I have a client who already had a site up and running, but can no longer use their "external shopping" cart which was coolcart.com. What we need is to create an internal one keeping the same design layout we have now - for instance here is a product page:

Now I have zero knowledge in installing and managing shopping carts so you see my problem. Where, what, how, etc. Can you guys let me know what is the software you'd recommend to install for this site for an internal shopping cart (oscommerce??) and is it possible to keep the same design having the product page in html and just the actual shopping cart pages in whatever they need to be done in. This site has 1000's and 1000's of products.
So we really want to keep it in html, having an internal shopping cart which gathers the order information and sends it back to my client.
I heard that oscommerce software can keep the cart (4 pages) on their server while the product can be coded up still using html. Not the cart pages of course, just the first page the client looks at when decided what to purchase.
As I said I've NO experience with internal shopping carts so have zero idea where to start and what software is reliable and what isn't.
Any help you guys could give me would be greatly appreciated.
