Smile Embedding Quicktime video with an image capture

I have this client who wants me to use a Quicktime movie he has (on the home page, no less). However, when I load the page, in the space where the video should be, all I see is a blank video screen the size of the video.

Is there a way to use an image capture as the initial image, and then click that image to play the video where the image used to be? I did something like this a long time ago for another site, but it was with WMV videos.

If anyone can please help me out, I'd greatly appreciate it.

Thanks.

I would imagine some type of javascript content replacement technique would be the most effective. Anyone else have ideas? o_O
