Looking for a script or solution..

Ok, Ill try to explain what I want. I am looking for something that would allow me to set up a web-based form (preferably php-based) whereby users can input information about ProductA, including the type, size, location, store, and other factors. They should be able to submit it with a simple form. Then I want that info to be able to go into a database (preferably mysql).

Then, users should be able to search through a web-based form for the item meeting criteria they set, such as "productB" in "locationC", or "productC" and "Size2", and then having the results displayed as a list.

Does that make sense?

If so, is there any such script or program I can install to help make this something not too difficult to get going?

Yes, This is possible (very easy) in PHP & MySQL.
But there is no exact such code available.
If I will get free time, then I will do this and I will PM you.

Julie I'm having pc problems.
I can code it in an hour but, if you can't wait, and want to get your hands dirty and learn how to do it yourself, one tut hits the nail right on the head.

Hey Julie, I don't know if you are still hunting this or not. If so, you should do some searching for product catalog scripts. Sounds like no matter what you do you will need some degree of customizing for this script. My guess is product reviews and them searching for the specific product by name, size, color, location, etc.?????

And I don't know anything about Liam but anyone that can code this and make user-friendly enough to actually be used in one hour is both a genius and has typing hands that can manage about 400 words per minute. The core might be done in an hour but if it is public facing, it will need a lot more than just the core logic.
