Question Best Way to Code a PSD to CSS?
What are the most effective ways you code a PSD file to CSS (tableless)?

I see Image Ready can do it, but not with the best code. Do you do it by hand or pass it through a program and tidy it up? I've seen some services online where they will do it for you in a day, so they are either really fast coders by hand or they have some program they use.
