Table cell borders and video loops

I am working on a new site. J & R Fisheries

On this page, there should be a white border around the cell on the right hand side (with the image of the boat and some copy).

Also I embedded a short flash video that I would like to loop.

Could someone take a look at my code? And make sure I did both of these things right?

The site was created in Dreamweaver.

Is flash the best way to embed this video on a loop. I want most viewers to be able to see it without having to download plugins. Should I be using something else?
