Writing an upload.cgi file...
I need to get my hands on an upload.cgi file, so that users can upload to my server, but I have practically no programming experience.

I was wondering if somebody could show me how, or direct me to a site that gives example etc.

Keep in mind that I also don't really have much of an idea how to get the file working in conjunction with a simple html based upload form...

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
