Align Error

I'm having a problem aligning an image to a css element. (See example pictures below).

It works fine in mozfirebird, but when you look at it in internet explorer there's a 1 pixel difference.

Any pointers on how to get this fixed? If you need to look at the code, it's up @ http://dev.brianhalacy.com/bph.com/
