Copying a care2 petition

Hello I have a friend who has a petition up on care2. She has made a few friends on care2 that had a petition up similar to hers. Some of Her friends petition were removed from care2 with out cause and the members banned.

She is afraid that her petition may get taken down also, as she is reaching the 4000 sig mark.

I was wondering if the petition can be copied and sigs as is saved and hosted by her at her web hosting server..

A lot of the people going up against this system are slowly being shut down..

If the data is saved in a database (and I'm pretty sure it is) she can get the data she needs from the database, create a new one on her hoster and then populate the new database with the data she grabbed from the old one.
