Need to change the standard phpBB graphic for a new graphic

I've been trying to change the graphic on my board. The standard phpBB logo is the currrent graphic, but I want to change it to my own graphic. So far, I've tried the configuration tool, exported the new config, downloaded the new config file, etc., but the standard logo is still there.

I've spent several hours with this problem, and searched the phpBB site as well.

the logo is in your "templates folder"
look in (this is by memory so forgive me if its not perfect)

Look in: Templates --> Subsilver --> Images --> logo_phpBB.gif *or something like that*.

Replace that image with the image you want, and you'll be set.
