although when i click on groups im seeing this error:

Parse error: parse error, expecting `'{'' in /home/djryancl/public_html/forum/phpBB2/groupcp.php on line 31

hmmm.. it shouldn't have anything to do with the mod - as it doesn't modify that file or even the link to that file. I'll look into it though.

Hatchet - I want to bear your children. It all works perfectly. Just uploaded your files and bob's yer uncle.

The only thing was that I had to remove this line - Options FollowSymLinks - from the .htaccess file as it caused a 500 internal error, but as soon as that was deleted, it works. I don't know why, I don't care. I now have .html files when I'm logged in.....at last.

Cool.. some servers need that line and others don't. Who knows why. Glad you got it working.
