fixed scroll height

is there any way that i can decide how many pixels i can scroll, for example : image is 800 px high, i want to scroll 780 px. is there any way i can leave those 20 pixels out of the scroll?

it has a clip property, an overflow property, and a height one.

Now, what height is the image going to show on the page?

i dunno what u said but i might be asking the wrong question too, these are two screenshots i took from the bottom of my site:

the pictures above are take from about the same place but on picture 1 there are noo toolbars or anything, but on the 2nd theres all toolbars and menubars + dictionary and if u add 1 more bar theres no extra space on the bottom and what i wanna do is specify the height of my page (not the explorer's height) so for example my height is about 1000 px alone not including the bars so i want it to be that size with bar or no bars at all, is there a code that can do that?

Well to specify the height of an element, add the following attribute: style="height: 1000px;" (and set 1000 to whatever hight you want).
