Padding/Margin problem

I am trying to get my top logo to have no space between the nav under it, much like it is in my forum and my blog. I cannot figure out why it is acting differently elsewhere. Help?

That is a very strange situation DevilzFan
I was looking at it and it did not make sense
I suspect it has to do with the fact the forum
header is wrapper in the <td> of the <table>

hmmm...I made some more changes. I got it to work in IE but still not in firefox. Whats going on!?!?!
