hi guys! I have a question. how can ASP code generate a separate HTML page? I'm using the classic ASP. thanks!

Do you mean how is ASP used to write out HTML to a page or do you mean how can you use it to create new HTML pages?

It's called a content management system "CMS", there are many open source asp cms's out there. Sourceforge.net is a good place to start.
