Building an upload page...
I need some help building an upload page.
What I'm doing:
I have a site for searching pdf files, but now I need to make it so the user can fill out a form and it will upload the file and add it to the MySQL databse to be listed in the search. Can someone help with this?

My search script is PHP but I don't know too much about PHP, so if you could be patient with me...lol
