Website problems

Hello

I have site up. But its been having problems mainly with the messageboard/forum. I want the forum the be focus of my site,
members who would also have other social networking apps-like
blogs, im,etc,etc. Thing is I'm only an idea person and have no techinical
skill. I think the forum is phpp. Has anyone had problems with phpp forums?
Also where can I find good trustworthy developers to help me fix the problems?
The site is a social networking site, I thought by now that it would be pretty
easy to find someone to develop such a site. Any help regarding Social networking sites would be greatly appreciated. Any.

Yep, a link would be nice. Also why phpp, not phpnuke, phpbb, joomla or others? Just curious.

PHP-P is simplistic, and sometimes users need just that functionality and not all the bloated crap Joomla, phpBB, and PHP-Nuke put in there code.

Joomla and PHP-Nuke are very bloated.
