need help writing a htaccess

I have another site that has wrap his ads around my site pages when you click him from a search. (did that make sense?)

When I checked my stats from my server host I see I have a lot of hits from (withholding name) I click the link to see who it is and it goes to one of my page but this person has something that puts google ads on the top and bottom of the browser with my page in the background. (something close to an IFrame command)

I need help writing the correct htaccess code to send him to another site. I plan on sending him to a hard core gay porn, then reporting him to google for having their ads on a porn site.

I have his IP numbers and http address.

Right now I just have him blocked (303 forbidden)

Have you tried to get help from your web host?

Whenever I have to do something with htaccess (or anything security) I always get excellent assistance from my web hosting company.

I could ask them to do it but I want to learn how to do it.
I found the codes, but I'm lost on how to make them work correctly.
