Contact form please help to create a contact form

Hello,
I am trying to create a contact form which submits directly to my email. I tried the free phpform contact but get many spams messages. I am trying to create one simple contact form that have capcha random code so spammers can not send automatically because they have to enter the security code before they submit.

Can anyone please help me?

I am not good at php.

Hi there...

I thought I had a bookmark for a good contact form I used a while ago. Can't find it now though...

However, while searching I came across this:
