Media Issues

Can you please help me test a new site...I have tested it on two pc's and two macs, and it works fine. But my client says that he has no music on his end. There should be music that plays on the landing page, and then three media bars that play on their music page. I'm wondering why this isn't working for him. He says that his speakers are working, and he is using IE7 (?). Any thoughts as to why this isn't working? Or suggestions on how to make it work better? www.missouriboatride.com. 1. You have a script error.
Using Javascript on Websites - how to turn on script error notification is included in this article.

2. "This website wants to run the following add-on: Windows Media Player ..."
Maybe the client does not have this installed? or it's not working properly?

3. You have some program specific coding included. Created by PS, ImageReady,GoLive?

4. Your embed has errors.
