I cant shutdown my NoteBook??

Every time I want to shut down my laptop, in the end of the process comes up this blue screen that stated that there is problem in my Hardware or Software.
And I was suggested to enter the safe mode version.
What is wrong with my laptop??
Can you guys help me out??

If you're looking to just shut it down, when it gets to the blue screen, press and hold the power button. It sometimes takes 5 or 6 seconds of holding the button down.

I'd be more worried about WHY the blue screen is appearing. What does the blue screen say? What info is there?

There is probably a process running that wont shut down properly.

When in windows.
Click on Start, Run, type "msconfig", press the OK button.
The System Configuration Utility will run
Click on the Startup tab
Turn off every option and reboot.

When the pc starts up try and shut it down. If the problem is resolved one of the msconfig startup items is causing your problem, identify it and disable it.
