Send a message via ICQ to cldnails Send a message via AIM to cldnails Send a message via MSN to cldnails
Remove Harddrive -> Place in Microwave -> Set on 60 secs -> remove -> Swipe with Magnet

I don't know of any USB bootable utilities, but I have seen floppy bootable and CD bootable images that run a stripped down version of linux and they will wipe a hard drive.

Here, you will find a utility to read/write images to/from floppy.
Read the "how to get started" section here and choose the image.

These are free, but took some searching. It seems everyone wants to be paid to help you erase your hard drive securely. Thankfully, not everyone does.
