If you need "redirection only" to homepage after payment, use in the form:

<input type="hidden" name="return" value="http://www.yoursite.com">

I think there is already an option in PayPal checkout configuration page so that when your customers finish the checkout, it'll take them back to your homepage or to whatever link you provide.

They have an automated solution to redirect after payment. Look into your merchant account options, they step you through it easily.

I would use an external shopping cart like Mals-e.com and set it up individually on each site.

You would have a different user id from mals for each site but this isn't a bad thing as you would be able to monitor what each site brings.
