FireFox Extension: Open highlighted URLS in tabs?
Question:
Is there an extension that allows you to open multiple urls at once in different tabs just by highlighting the section with the links?
Such as:
All this middle-clicking is hard on the wrist.

for the time being you could always create a new bookmark folder, put all the tabs you regularly open for a particular site in it, then go to the bookmarks drop down, then the newly created folder and click open in tabs.

I think she wants to be able to open all the new threads on a page with one click and then just look at each on her own schedule without having to click new links over and over...
so the addresses are different all the time.

The links constantly change, as in checking the newest posts on v7n or other forums.
Juggo beat me to it.

Hi Laura
As for your request in The Extensions Mirror's forum (where I don't have
an account - thus the answer per mail):
Mouse Gestures [1] would allow to achieve what you want pretty
straight-forwardly.
As shown on the bottom of the page linked below, that extension allows
you to right-click, move your mouse over all links you wish to open and
then do some more hand-waving to have all those links opened in new
tabs. Not too intuitive in the beginning, but once you get used to it,
it gets very comfortable.
Cheers,
Simon

FYI for the masses. Works well, but I need to get used to accuracy on the smaller links, particularly while using my left hand to mouse.

After installing google toolbar if you highlight some text, right click it and choose 'Search the web for <highlighted text>' it opens a google search tab with the words you selected. Just thought might be helpful...
Alsoo, if you CTRL+CLICK a link in firefox it opens in a new tab.

I middle click and ctrl click, depending on how my wrist feels and which hand I'm using to mouse.
I'm finding the gestures thing works well, but I need to work on my accuracy with small links.
