I've been looking at that one... even though it's for gaming, it could come in handy to use the macro keys to plug in some tasks you do many times through out the day.
As far as a mouse... I use the Logitech Marble® Mouse. I'll never "push a rock" around my desk again.
And if you are a serious graphics person I would consider a Wacom Tablet. You can take a test online about your needs and they will tell you which is best suited for what you will be using it for.

I used a Logitech Marble® Mouse before. But something about constently stroking a 'ball' didnt catch on with me  |
