I have to say I just got this up and running over the first few days of my vacation and I LOVE IT!

What a wicked way to manage multiple desktops and to use the video cards processor to render everything!!!

Being as video cards have such incredible power these days its nice to see the linux community making use of a video card processor for more than just video games

Click the link and take a look for yourself this is truly a kick ass way to multitask

Runs smooth as hell on my 1.5 gig 512 MB ram laptop too

A couple more images

Here is a shot of a bunch of apps open on 2 of the 4 desktops. Then a shot after draging the mouse to the lower left hand corner of the desktop.

All the apps that are open on multiple desktops are displayed in one view to then simply click on the one you want to use and it will go to that app.

Here's a shot of the cube while rotating it. No real application for this but its neat to see a dvd wrap around the edge and playing on two desktops

Ho-Hum I guess im alone in this wonderful word of linux
