You can buy corporate or MSDN License its much cheaper than buying all licences together. Then you are able to download all software from the microsoft pages directly completely legal and offical licences.

My school bought that license for all the IT students.
I didnt use anything yet though, only downloaded Vista lately. But I'm not going to install it because I think my laptop cant really handle it.
