What is the best DVD ripper software?
I just bought a Archos 504 digital video player. I need to rip my dvd's and am looking for opinions on what software to get.

I've tried the free version of Xilsoft and it works nice. Costs $35.

Also, does anyone know a good place to buy movies and tv shows that are in .avi or .wav format? I've found a couple places but they are expensive.

DVD Shrink is free and the way to go, although it may require you to use a little DVD Decrypter with it as well. Nevertheless, both are free and just require Nero for burning.

I use MacTheRipper. It decrypts, rips, and compresses the DVD contents.

I use all time Clone DVD but i guess that every software is good which did his job.
