Paypal for receiving money in Romania?
I have heard about people who aren't listed in the countries accepted by Paypal but which have a paypal account for receiving and sending money...I am from Romania, and we are accepted by Paypal for sending money only, what can I do to receive money too?(I have read something about VCC, but I didn't fully understood)

I wanted to start a web directory site but I couldn't just because of the same issue...

I went to 4 banks and I couldn't get a straight answer because they didn't knew nothing about Paypal in Romania... ???

I couldn't believe that!

but, hey, we live in Romania, remember?

This retarded country needs more than 200 years to catch up with the rest of the Europe countries... this sucks...

I HATE THIS COUNTRY !!!!

Paypal enabled for sending out money is a sing that Romania is progressing and that the organization(s) which have blocked this country for very clear reasons (enormous fraud rates and online thievery) are reconsidering and opening their gates at least for a trial time.

Personally I think that romanians would have a lot to win from such a payment gateway. There are many hard working youngsters that are waiting around the corner to do your 2$ job but have no way to receive that payment. This was just a silly example, I am sure you guys get the general picture of it. Cheers.

And I know that, in romania are many talented people, who would do anything to get some money. And a service like paypal would be benefit. But let's face it. I know that paypal dont accept romanian people and IP's because some hacker messed up their page. And reject all romanian registration doesn't mean anything. ...
