downloading an mp3 file from Flashkit

Hi everyone
Here's a very simple question.

I want to insert a sound in a swf file that I will embed into an html page. The problem I have is the most silly one could image, and the sad thing is that I don't know how to sort it out.

I'm trying to download a free music loop from flashkit.com but I can't.

I can download it if a select the .wav file,
but if I select .mp3, the Quicktime Player bar appears on my browser window and all I can do is listening to the loop.

Why is this? Does it have to do with the browser settings or with the Quicktime Player settings? I'm having a look at the settings but I can't find anything related to this.

I'm sure it's an easy thing to do/solve, but I can't (and that's why I feel like a donkey)

Can someone help me?

Thanks

PS: I have Windows XP and I'm using Firefox and Opera

Try right clicking on the target link and selecting 'save as'

You can also set Quicktime's file type associations to not include mp3.

The thing is that I actually removed mp3 from the file associations in the Quick Time preferences, but it still pops up in the middle of the browser when I click on an mp3 file to download it. Weird! ...and annoying!

Thanks for your help 3nclyptabl3_lick
Al least I can download those mp3 files from flashkit.com
