From a command prompt type:
(in windows: Start->Run->type "cmd"->hit enter.)
nslookup monstablogs.info
and then hit enter.
You should get a response with something called a "Non authorative answer", which looks like:
Quote:
Non-authoritative answer:
Name: monstablogs.info
Address: 38.99.249.18

If you do not, then you have narrowed it down to 1 of 2 possibilities:
1. Your ISP's DNS is not working properly.
2. Your Domain's IP in DNS has been changed. It takes approx 12 hours to propogate DNS changes.
If you do the nslookup with other domains and it works perfectly, then you are more likely to be #2, otherwise #1.
There are of course possibilities of other contributing factors, but this simple test might shed more light for you with what to say if you have to call your ISP. I know your DNS entry is fine elsewhere on the internet as I managed to resolve the IP (as in the quote above).
