Internet Server Reset Problem

While moving through a website, such as to complete a purchase or check email through the internet, I am now getting a message

"Connection to server was reset while page loading"

I always get to the website home page, but then the connection resets later on.

How can I stop this from happening?

Does this happen on only the one website? If so, then it likely means the HTTP daemon that is processing the request has crashed.

If you are the owner of the site, the HTTP daemon has log files which you need to locate and check. If you're just a visitor, then perhaps you should ask someone else to verify if this happens to them and if so proceed to contact the site admin alerting them to this issue.

If it doesn't happen to someone else then you maybe having issues with your own network.

It's a bit like navigating in the dark without further information.
