I think you better post this in domain forum.

I did apply for nearly 600 .asia domains. What do you mean more hours until the gates open? I will reopen in 2 weeks' time for .asia general registration.

well the cut off point was last night ( GMT ) at 12am, that was for preregistrations. yes door opens for everyone on the 26th I think.

I thought the whole .asia process was stupid. I cant work out how so many people managed to register trademark names that are obviously generic while in the sunrise period ( I am jealous really )

Thanks for the stimulating response iroyal. perhaps you can expand your answer. 300,000 people dont think the domain is pathetic at a top level domain, all generics are gone in all the country specific domains so a top level domain is a good buy. thanks for the debate
