Seen this happen quite a few times and doesn't turn out good as there are MANY people who live off the computer to fill a void in life and/or have no reason to make an outside life of their own. Great topic.

I think everything these days is given a name or condition. It is really all in the mind! I'm sure most people that read and believe that don't have a lot of confidence. Anyone with a good level on confidence can do anything in life. Including making more of these conditions!
