What all do you do there in order to publicize your blog/site?

I just signed up there couple of days ago. I am simply checking out if there are any relevant blogs and adding them up with my contacts. Not sure if this is one of the ways to bring me few traffic

It's good for Feeder traffic, just like all the other free blog sites out there that you can get. Fill it with good content, and Make sure to link it over to your "Main" website. To increase the PR strength, make sure to have plenty of inlinks from other places linking into it.

If some folks do visit from the Mybloglog the key to get them coming back is some good content.

Another way to get some traffic is to guest blog on another site.

I do not join mybloglog but i do heard some positive feedback from my friend regarding the traffic

I think you'll just have to create a new blog topic there and post. It will then become accessible to public users on that blog site.

I suggest you write some really top articles. Maybe on health/fitness, tips&tricks or just what you feel. Write from the heat and you will get people coming back!

You make the most of MBL by joining communities, adding your blogs, commenting on other user's pages and building your blog communities. They were not originally owned by Yahoo. Been with them since inception. You can visit my page here.

I'm on MyBlogLog and BlogCatalog. I seem to get more direct referrals from BlogCatalog, however. BC seems to bring more return visitors as well.

I likely won't ditch MyBlogLog, but it isn't one of my favorites.

I used my bloglog always, and i heard so many time about blogCatalog. I am think on it to join this. But yet i do not have time.

mybloglog is a good source of traffic only if oyu have a good and quality contents.
