need help with internet

You're going to need to post more details. Saying it doesn't load provides no information to diagnose a solution.

First off.

Is your computer fully updated from MS?

What version of IE are you using?

Have you run any kind of virus scan? Spyware scan?

Have you downloaded any IE add-ons or software recently?

What are your system specs?

Have you tried inserting your install disk and take the Repair option. If that doesn't work, go to Microsoft.com and search on your problem. I have found that MS has good followup on problems, even to the point of calling me after I have submitted a problem.
