I had a mac IIsi back in high school (1992). I loved it. It had 4mb of ram and an 80mb hard drive! Then I switched to windows in 1998 and liked it (windows) even more due to its wide software support.

My first computer was a celeron based pc. I used to play games on it. I don't know what happened to it. I think I sold it to someone and I don't know why he bought such a old computer. May be I should have kept it as an antique piece.

Mine was a PC with only 50MB hard drive, 700+KB RAM running Windows 3.11.
It also had a one 5 and 1/4 floppy drive and one 3.5" disk drive.
I used WordPerfect, Lotus123 and played Pacman back then.

Hmmmm.
My first machine was a TI 99 4A. It had a cassette drive and a speech module. Then we added on a modem and a floppy drive. We would log onto CIS and local BBS boards
I remember buying a disc notcher so you could use both side of the floppy... and we had a thermal printer as well. Get the paper too close to a lightbulb and it would turn the whole page black.
Moved on to a C64, then an Apple IIc. I remember buying a 1200 baud modem for the Apple and GLADLY paid $500 for it.
Then we upgraded to a dot matrix printer .... It was fun printing multi sheet banners.
Oh.... the good old days. My first 20Mb HD. Who would think you could fill one up? And MS DOS ... I used to know all of the commands too :-)

The first that I owned was the Timex Sinclair. Had 2k memory, which i upgraded to a whopping 64k. Created simple programs in Basic, and saved to radio shack tape recorder.
I was lucky to learn basic from a Stanford professor that lived down the street from me on an original apple.

Packard Bell 100mhz. Used it to learn to put up web pages. Then made a little bit of money on affiliate programs.

I was. Don't remember a whole lot from that year. Went to a party in 1984, woke up in 1985... With a Commodore 64. (to stay on topic. lol)

<vague recollections>
My first 'computer' was a home-built Intel 8008 board. IIRC, it had 512 bytes of RAM. It wasn't good for much but it did get me started into programming. This was sometime around the mid-70's.
My first 'real' computer was a home-built S-100 system with a Z-80 chip, a kilobyte of ROM for the teletype (ASR-33?) interface and a huge 2 kilobytes of RAM. I eventually expanded the RAM to 8 kilobytes but it sure was expensive to do so at the time. (Since the statute of limitations has run out, I can now admit that I 'borrowed' the ROM code from an Altair system to run it. )

Same here, except in the UK it was sold as the ZX81 - as it was released in 1981.
