Join all the groups there related on your site or blog. Participate on the discussion and you can leave your site or blog link there. I suggest you to register only on those groups that has tons of members. Avoid spamming there.

Q: how to build links with orkut ?

The one and only thing I knows about orkut is,
You can not access orkut via a 'proxy'.
