I have some questions :

- Where is located these mp3s? I mean its playing form the same location where the script installed or from other hosting sites?

- Is it legal ?

The mp3s are located on esnips.com's server. More media sharing companies will be added soon

It is not in your control if individuals upload copyrighted songs on esnips and other users gain access to these songs using the script. The same way it is not in your control if you were to have a youtube or stage6 script on your site and someone watches or downloads copyrighted material uploaded on these companies' servers. Companies like Youtube and Esnips warn users in doing so and either remove the copyrighted material or terminate accounts of users who commit copyright infringement. It is legal to use the script, which is installed on your host. People just need to be responsible in uploading content and ignore content that are copyrighted.

Website is now active with an update of the script. Update includes layout.php and language.php files. You can now manually change the layout and language of the script.

I purchased this script a few days ago and asked for a refund because your site does not mention that it has only one source.

IF <- you are going to be adding sites and/or a spider to handle all of this soon then I will keep my copy and not ask for a refund, however, i would like this update that you just posted about today.

The site does mention the one source. Check the terms here. We are still working on adding more sources. PM me your paypal ID so I can verify that you purchased the script, and I can send you the update. I bought the site from the previous owner, so I'm still tracking down who all purchased the music script already.
