Google adsense problem

I was doing very well for my adsense account.
I was getting good click at a very good CTR of 3.9%

ANd my cheques was approved on June 16th, I was waiting for my cheque, when I saw another date June 23rd below first approved date, again saying payment approved exactly of same amout which was approved on June 16th.

This was going to be my first payment. Now I am getting confused... Is it soem problem with google adsense, or is it normal too get approved two times, befor actually they send you the cheque.. Normally how many days will they now take to post me the cheque..

It shows something like this..

Date Description Amount
6/16/04 Payment Approved $xxx.xx
6/23/04 Payment Approved $xxx.xx

Both the amounts are same, and I have opened the account on 15th May..
So this payment was for May month, and yes it was greater than $100.

Any answers..

Give it a month, if your lucky they could both arrive at the same time - as i think they are batched process

You man it takes a month after the payment is approved.... I thought 2-10 days were enough to mail the cheque after the payment is approved...

Sometimes it may take more than a month depending on your location e.c.t, but thats very rare - as long as it says "payment approved" you will defniatly get the cheque, I wish it was 2 days as well lol. (i see someone has already landed themseleves into financial debt due to crazy plans of the antcipated 200$+) lol

Somebody told me ... Its because of recent changes in google... Many people have this double listed approval..

Anyway I was just excited because its my first cheque, otherwise its not a big amount.
Thanks for your advice...I will not land into any financial debts.. due to anticipations, but if cheques arrives in time.. I think there is no harm in partying.. and of course you are invited....

I also got 2 "Payments Approved" for the last month's cheque. I mailed them and notified them about it. No reply yet.

Yes,
This was probably another approval. Because adsense users had to chose between individual and business account after the lates update. So I guess all the people that updated that info got their checks approved again.
I also have two approved payments listed, June 16 and 23.
Last month checks were approved on June 19, and I and most other people got it around 10 days later.

I also have double approved payments on the 16th and 23rd, for the same amount, my first check from Google. Wish it would hurry up and get here so I can buy some more links.

I think everyone got their approval this time is on 16th june and 23rd Juen, and I have a feeling we won`t be getting anything before July...

P.S. Ditto other folk's comments - I selected "Individual" a day or so after they put this in place, and I see both the June 16th and June 23rd dates on my Payment history - I'm in Colorado and seem to get 'em about a week later typically.

I'm in New Zealand and it always takes longer to get here, but no sign of it yet. Google are aware of the double up and have told everyone to ignore the 16th of June post (as I'm sure the will). Bummer!
