I would take out where it says "...Do click it." If Google see's that they will kick you off

Just run them... the more traffic you get, the more clicks you will get... generally I think 1-3% CTR is average.

Put it in your header above the date.
Get alot of traffic to your site.
Never click on your own ads and never publicly ask people to click on the ads. People will click on the ads if they are interested in whats being displayed.

google will see repeated clicks by you the person getting paid as a form of fraudlent clicks. How are they to know if you truly are or are not interested in whats being advertised. All they know is you benifit financially from clicks and your doing the clicks. They track all this via IP address so they see your IP as the same IP that logs in to check stats as well as the same IP that signed up for the program.

Don't worry about the odd click. Even site owners are interested in what's at the other end. Just make a habit of not clicking, and never click for the money; i.e. don't make a habit of clicking once a day or something silly like that.

if your CTR is below 1%, something is probably wrong. I noticed that it takes some time for google to start fully serving relevant ads on all pages, so wait a week or so.

I think mentioning about how many clicks one gets is sort of in violation of Google's adsense rule, isn't it ?

yes, google doesn't like it when people speak about click-through rate adn total earnings, as well as earnings per click, from google adsense.

why is the ads on my site always the same one. It doesn't change?
And also, Google spidered my site about 2 days ago. Then when i tried to search for my site, it's gone again. What happened?

The same ads means they are relevant ads Somebody clicked on them.
They do some testing before indexing. Off and On from the search list. I experienced that before

Alright
can anyone tell me how can i change the code so that i can blend the google ads into the banner? I'm not referring to the colors
I'm using PHPnuke, here is the code for header.html
[code:1:0d844fce41]<table class="bodyline" width="100%" cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0" border="0">
<tr>
<td align="center" valign="top">
<table width="100%" border="0" cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0">
<tr>
<td background="themes/skyLineGrey/forums/images/top_bg.gif"><img src="themes/skyLineGrey/forums/images/top_bg.gif" width="5" height="23"></td>
</tr>
</table>
<table width="100%" border="0" cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0">
<tr>
<td height="81" width="60%" background="images/spacer3.jpg"><a href="index.php"><img src="images/akagi4.jpg" border="0" alt="$sitename"></a></td>
<td width="40%" valign="middle" background="images/spacer3.jpg">$showbanners </td>
</tr>
</table>
<table width="100%" border="0" cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0">
<tr>
<td background="themes/skyLineGrey/forums/images/cellpic_3.gif" bgcolor="#FFFFFF"><table width="100%" border="0" cellspacing="0" cellpadding="4">[/code:1:0d844fce41]
