Dont think it does.. adsense and the normal googlebot are two different bots collecting different data if im not mistaking

Easiest way to get listed in Google is to have a link from site that's already in Google index.

I usually link my sites and my client's sites from my established site. Googlebot will crawl the new site within 24 hours.

Unfortunately, PR does take a while to settle on the new site. It will show PR0 for a while.
