Google sense target optimization

I have never used Google sense, please tell how much can you optimize it. Please tell if is possible to do the following thing:

Let's say we have a social network site. Every user has own profile.

Is it possible to show on all pages to each user ads depends on user profile data (age, country, hobbies)? Those data are not shown on page where ads are displayed but in user settings page.

So can you send to each ad impression an information about to which data it should be related/targeted?

Google does the best job at matching ads with the content. If you write an article about bicycles the ads usually be about bikes. This increases your CTR and the advertisers gain a potential customer. Google makes it a win / win /win situation for all parties involved.

Thanks for this, i was also thinking that there can be done some optimization and i think its much better if google do this automatically.
