Can you resize the Google Adsense ads?

Hello, I have recently found out google adsense those this site, I havent received the HTML code to place the banner on my site yet since it will take 2-3 days for my application to be approved, but I was curious to know if I can resize the google adsense ads so that they will blend in better with my site. Thanks

You get a choice of 2 sizes - one horizontal, like the one near the top of this page, and one vertical - that's the most common one. You can't change the sizes.

darn Yeah I was aware of the horizontal and vertical ones. I am assuming however that it allows you to change the color to any custom color that you wish, since I see that the one that this site uses matches the theme perfectly

you actually get 4 sizes. One is the traditional banner, as used on this forum, then you get the skyscraper ads, which are 120 wide and 600 pixels tall. THen you get one that is about 730 pixels wide and no idea how tall, but probably like 120 or so. and the fourth one looks somewhat like a square. it's 320 tall and 250 wide.
These are the four options and you can customize the border color, as well as the background color, the link color, the text color, and the color in which the URL should be displayed.

I haven't seen 4 sizes. I'll have to have another look.

yeah, have another look. Examples of the two other versions can be seen here: the sqare box is shown at militarydial.com, and the wide one at sitemeter.com on the front page.

I had a look and tried each of them. The square(ish) one could be useful with text flowing around it. Can that be achieved with CSS without absolute positioning?

I don't know. I'm not very good with these technical things. I just know a little bit how to promote a site in google, that's it.
