You need to get all inbound urls including external and internal to point to /index.php that you will never be able to do!
Please dont try it cos it may piss you off in the long run! Best try and destroy all links pointing to /index.php and add a server exclude of /index.php in your robots.txt . Over time you will get better Google ads.
Love the rock attitude btw

(I am more Alice in Chains fan... the unplugged vs Nirvana unplugged has got to be better no? - maybe a poll on your site?)
[EDIT:]Also would remove the /index.php from this forum! I would keep this root file path a secret and technically you can call it anything as long as the server agrees or you set it up under IIS.
