Can Google Ads and Yahoo! Ads be place on the same page?

I have read they cannot be place on the same page at the same time, but yes they can be place on the same page if you have them rotating. Is this true?

As per Google's TOS, you cannot place any other CPC advertising on the same page at any given time, YPN being their primary competition I'm pretty sure they will not allow it at all. For some reason Adsense thus far seems to tolerate Adbrite sharing a webspace, and I don't know why.

As far as Rotating banners, I don't think that would violate their TOS, you are not calling both scripts at the same time, therefore they are not technically sharing the same space at the same occurrence. Just my opinion.
