Some advice on Adsense advices

Hi,

I came across several sites offering "secrets" (for a price) on how to make a small fortune from Adsense. I got a hold of a couple of these articles and spotted several tips that were clearly in violation of AdSense TOS. It's no wonder that AdSense ads are nowhere to be found on many of the sites that sell these get-rich-quick "secrets"-- the gurus who are selling them apparently are themselves banned from Adsense and are trying to profit by getting you banned, too. Be sure to read the Adsense TOS before following advices on optimizing your AdSense campaigns. Even well-intentioned advices may violate their policies. The AdSense TOS change frequently and the language is sometimes ambiguous. I always e-mail Google whenever I am not sure about their terms. Having spent countless hours manually inserting Adsense ads into my sites and reformatting my sites to go with Adsense, it would be a nightmare if I got my account terminated.

Very good advice. Often times, (but not always) those who are selling "secrets" are selling pure junk.

No doubt...But sometimes it's just a matter of them not realizing that their info is outdated.
