$2-$10/day in adsense after only 2 weeks online, good sign?

Ok ive added adsense to my UK florist comparison website. I have a link element at the top left, an adsense tower at the bottom of my menu and an adsense footer at the bottom.

I also signed up to a couple of affiliate sites to try and earn some money from non UK visitors since my site is for UK deliveries only.

Update: I have to look at my total income but I think its down. I am getting between a 5% and 8% click through rate for the google ads and am on about $4 per 100 impressions from google.

I think this month, the way it is going, I will make more from google than from everything else on my site. Which is bad because everything else pays a much better rate.

Already indexed within 2 weeks and generating enough traffic to make $2 to $10 a day. I'd say it's a great sign

its a good sign but you need to check if the clicks came from search engine or from any posting from fourms or blogs.. that might lead to invalid click.... ur lucky that google approved your 5 page website. best of luck

Google approves 1 page websites - and they pay any valid click - whether it comes through from a forum or a blog - as long as you abide by their terms and conditions.

By this September 20, my website is already one year old.....Just checked my adsense....only $17+ for almost a year. Anyway I've just revamped it...Hoping for better days to come.... :-)

Congrats! Can you tell me how to get MSN traffic.I jsut get traffic from Google.I don't know what to do for Yahoo and MSN.

If you'd said you were getting google traffic, I'd say the money will fall off after about 3 weeks - but I don't get much bing or yahoo traffic, so I don't know about them

If the money is still steady - maybe coming from social network sites, then yes it's good - way above average - and you should build some more sites in order to see if you can repeat it

As somebody else pointed out - this is from 2006

Easy to make good adsense money back them

Different story nowadays - you need content automation to crank out a large number of posts per day - or a good site builder that can churn out lots of sites quickly
