Adsense help please

I am trying to add some adsense ads to a few of my pages. I have never done this before. I added two blocks in the content which seemed to work fine. However, for some reason these ads are both being repeated at the bottom of the page. Why? Does it have something to do with the frames??

http://www.seethisitem.com/why_use.html

When I delete it from my source code, it just reappears when I view the page. Can anyone help me out here? thanks so much!

Why fourth adblock (lower most) has premium (indeed more than premium) look ?

Grey background and black border ads are appearing without ads by gooooooogle text.

I might be wrong but look at the code between the iframe tags.

What happens if you copy & paste the Adsense code from the upper page banners in its place?

Mong, I don't know what is going on with those grey background ads.

Here is the iframe coding (hope I am allowed to post this)

<iframe name="google_ads_frame" marginwidth="0" marginheight="0" src="http://pagead2.googlesyndication.com/pagead/ads?client=ca-pub-2009646521200496&amp;dt=1144386877986&amp;lmt=1144 386877&amp;format=728x90_as&amp;output=html&amp;ur l=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.seethisitem.com%2Fflyspeck%2FFC Keditor%2Feditor%2Ffckeditor.html%3FInstanceName%3 DnewContent%26Toolbar%3DFlyspeck&amp;color_bg=FFFF FF&amp;color_text=000000&amp;color_link=0000FF&amp ;color_url=FFFFCC&amp;color_border=FFFFFF&amp;ad_t ype=text&amp;u_h=768&amp;u_w=1024&amp;u_ah=734&amp ;u_aw=1024&amp;u_cd=32&amp;u_tz=-240&amp;u_his=46&amp;u_java=true" frameborder="0" width="728" scrolling="no" height="90" allowtransparency="allowtransparency"></iframe>

Does anything look wrong here?

I removed one ad block from the content and now it is showing only one at the bottom.

It wouldnt be that you had selected the Frames option when creating the Adsense code?

I dont I have ever seen a page that serves 4 banners.

Paste the normal Adsense code over it and see what happens.
