Weird Adsense Earnings
In the last few days I received pennies from Google for days where there have been zero clicks. This happened 5 times now, ranging from 1-4 cents per day. Anyone have an idea what is up with that?

You can block sites that are advertsing in that way from the adsense control panel. Its not so bad if the people placing the adverts use a ECPM higher than the minimum of 15p or 15 cents.

That means it shares out 15p for every 1000 impressions on a site. Basically if you have a forum with 1000's of users it might be worth it, otherwise its just a very very bad thing.

It happens to me frequently as well when clicks are worth about 1 ~ 4 cents. This has nothing to do with page impressions because many times I have one click and only 1 cent revenue. Can these clicks be related to google search? They some times display ads saying “What is the heat of the sun?” that makes a google search.

Thats just a really cheap keyword then that someone has. The advertiser probably only paid 2-3c for the click so you got next to nothing for it.

No it cannot be done automatically as Google will ban you account and you wont make any money from them.

Test the layout of your ads and where you position them which can help more with clicks.
